The 2019 Ligurian is made from 90% Taggiasca and a small quantity of Koreneiki fruit harvested from a single estate in the Golden Plains region. This medium Extra Virgin Olive oil has a green almond and lavender nose and palate. The palate is clean and the flavours follow through in the mouth very well. The oil is warm with a medium bitterness that combine very well to produce an elegant oil that is ideal for drizzling and dipping or using in salads.
This oil was awarded a Silver in the 2019 Australian International Olive Awards.
