2018-19 Estate Tuscan

The 2018 Tuscan is made from 100% Estate grown fruit blended from almost equal parts of our Leccino and Frantoio oils.

This medium style Extra Virgin Olive oil has a complex nose of artichoke and cloves with rose water notes.  The flavours on the nose follow though to the palate with a creamy pleasant texture followed by a warm moderate bitterness and firm pungency.

This EVO Oil was awarded a Bronze in the 2nd Australian International Olive Oil Awards in October 2018.
