The 2018 Spanish is made from 100% Estate grown Arbequina and Picual blended in a 60/40 ratio. This medium style Extra Virgin Olive oil shows a delicate nose of tomatoe bush, figs and passion fruit notes.
The aroma carries over onto the palate exceptionally well to produce a balanced oil that has moderate bitterness and pungency.
This EVO Oil was awarded a Silver in the 2nd Australian International Olive Oil Awards in October 2018.
